About Christa Dasher, LCAM

Christa Dasher, Founder and Owner of Premier Management, has spent over 20 years in
operational leadership, financial administration, and property management. With a varied work
history spanning multiple industries, coupled with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and
Criminology, she is well-versed in maintaining impeccable statute compliance and exemplary
financial reserve programs.

Property Management Experience
Christa has been in property management since 2014 and achieved her LCAM license in 2016,
serving as portfolio manager and LCAM for nearly 25 properties across three counties. Her current
portfolio is diverse, with communities that include: condominiums, homeowners associations,
townhomes, and condo high-rises. Each community is unique and receives a custom-built
management program to fit their unique needs. She proudly states that every Premier Management
Client has achieved full funding in their reserves, ensuring the utmost financial health that any
property owners’ association can aspire to.

Finance and Administration Experience
Before founding Premier Management in 2018, Christa worked in office and retail management for
nearly ten years after serving ten years as the Chief Financial Officer for a successful oil and
propane company in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

Continuing Education
In addition to the coursework required to become a licensed community association manager, 45
hours of continuing education are required every six years. To better serve her clients, Christa has
already completed more than double the required hours. To date, she has completed 126 hours in
content areas including budgets, reserves, audits, insurance, engineering, asphalt, concrete, pests,
termites, plumbing, painting, legal, enforcement, violations, statutes, ESA, high rises, construction
defects, and Florida Friendly planting, to name a few.
